Supporting For-Purpose people to thrive
Do Good Jobs was founded in 2012 with a simple idea - to make it easier for great people to work with purpose in organisations that care about people & planet.
Since then, we’ve grown into New Zealand's leading ethical jobs board.
We’re all about helping the for-purpose sector amplify its impact to do more good in Te Ao (the world), and over the years, we’ve helped thousands of do-gooders to find & fill for-purpose roles where they can really make a difference.
Do Good/Mahi Pai is about the roles we play in society, and the steps we take while living them. More than a job board, it’s a place we can learn to make every action count in our pursuit of betterment. If we align our jobs and actions with our values, we align Te Ao with what it needs too.

We define ‘Do Good’ Jobs as those that work towards social and environmental change.

Any role within an organisation which as a whole has a primary focus on making a positive impact in the World.

Where an organisation doesn’t have purpose as its core focus BUT has a specific role that is focused on promoting positive outcomes.

Alongside being co-owner of Do Good Jobs, David is CEO at Thankyou Payroll.
Prior to that, he spent seven years at InternetNZ and has extensive experience in the IT sector in a wide range of roles.

Alongside being co-owner of Do Good Jobs, Corey is Head of Operations at Thankyou Payroll.
He has worked in the social enterprise space for a number of years, including with the Ākina Foundation, and has owned several businesses of his own.
